Enter the quantity you require of each size of each product in the 'Make Your Selection' column that runs down the right hand side of each page. Leave blank any that you do not require.

Click the 'Generate Order Form' button at the bottom of the 'Make Your Selection' column.

An Order Form will be created for you which will have your unique Order Number at the top, with confirmation of your order details underneath.

The delivery cost for UK mainland addresses will be displayed.

We cannot display delivery prices for non-UK mainland addresses. If you are ordering for delivery to such an address please place your order as normal, but we will contact you to confirm the delivery charges before you make out your cheque.

Enter your details in the forms provided.

You must agree to the Terms & Conditions by checking the checkbox.

Click the 'Place Order' button.

A page will be displayed confirming that your order has been placed. You may wish to print this page for your records, although you will receive an email containing the same information.

Make out a cheque for the Grand Total, made payable to 'Spectrum Health Products'.

We only accept payment by cheque.

If you are ordering for delivery to a non-UK mainland address please do not make your check out yet. You will be contacted with confirmation of the delivery costs for your order.

Write your Order Number clearly and carefully on the back of the cheque.
Your Order Number will be displayed on the Order Confirmation page, and will also be included in your Order Confirmation email which should arrive within a few minutes of you placing your order.

Your order will not be shipped until we have received your cheque.
