Delivery

Orders are normally processed within one working day. In order to enable us to keep costs down, we ask that you send us payment by cheque, with your order number clearly written on the reverse. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive payment.

Goods are normally despatched by Royal Mail Parcel Post or by Courier, depending on the size of order.

Overseas orders will incur additional postage charges. We will confirm the cost prior to despatch.

Returns Policy

All goods are shipped adequately and appropriated packaged. Occasionally however containers have been received broken. In this event a replacement or a full refund will be made upon receipt of the returned goods. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping when returning items. Any queries should be referred to us by calling 0845 009 8710.
